1. What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. They are eco-friendly, vegan, and cruelty-free.

2. How long do your candles burn?

Our candles have a burn time of approximately 45–60 hours, depending on the size and care.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship Australia-wide. International shipping may be available upon request—please contact us for a quote.

4. How can I make my candle last longer?

To get the most out of your candle:

• Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn

• Let the wax melt to the edges of the jar to avoid tunneling

• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time

5. Are your candles safe for pets and kids?

Yes, our candles are made from non-toxic ingredients. However, always burn candles in a safe place away from reach and never leave them unattended.

6. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer custom labeling and bulk options for events like weddings, corporate gifts, and parties. Please email us for more info.

7. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

8. Can I reuse the candle jars?

Absolutely! Our jars are reusable and perfect for storing small items. Just clean out the remaining wax with warm, soapy water.

9. What scents do you offer?

Our core range includes Coco & Lime, Vanilla Woods, and seasonal blends. Check our product page for the latest scents available.

10. Where are your candles made?

All of our candles are proudly handmade in Granville, Australia.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated via email.

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at candlesculture6@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and assist you with locating your package.

Shipping Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at candlesculture6@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund.
